Similar to many of you, Coach Lindsay grew up playing multiple sports from an early age. She spent the majority of her evenings on a basketball court, soccer field, softball diamond, or volleyball court. Sport has always been one of Coach Lindsay’s passions. Her involvement in sport taught her how to overcome adversity, build relationships, work collectively, and be a leader. Sport taught her way more than wins and losses; it developed her into who she is today.
To get to the top in your sport, you have to be mentally strong. You have to be able to use mental skills to overcome adversity. You need to be able to think and prepare for your next shot, but not overthink or over-prepare. Coach Lindsay works with athletes who want consistency.
